How big are the studios and spaces
Vizzcast is a multi-room creative facility divided into several areas:
Entry and lounge – welcome and waiting space for guests
Co-working area – desks and storage for freelancers and production teams
Open-air studio – flexible setup for podcasts, interviews, or group discussions
Closed studio – controlled environment with lighting and sound treatment
Smaller studio – compact space ideal for 1–2 person podcasts or quick shoots
DTL broadcast studio – designed for live news hits and remote feeds
Kitchen and equipment area – prep, catering, and gear staging
All areas can be booked and filmed in. Furniture and desks can be moved or removed, so each space can be set up exactly how you need it — podcast, interview, corporate shoot, or live broadcast.
What lighting, props, and backgrounds are included
For podcast bookings, standard lighting is included and preset for clean, broadcast-ready results.
Studio hire clients can request lighting, monitors, and other equipment as part of their package.
Furniture, desks, and props already in the facility may be requested for your shoot, subject to availability. If you need a specific background or style, we can mix and match sets, adjust layouts, or even build a custom look to match your brand.
Every package is tailored — let us know what you need when booking.
Do you provide high-speed internet
Yes. Vizzcast is equipped with dedicated high-speed fiber internet. LiveU and Dejero integration is available for broadcast clients who need network-ready connectivity.
Wi-Fi is provided for all guests, and wired LAN connections can be arranged on request.
Can I rent storage, desks, or equipment space
Yes. Vizzcast offers co-working desks and secure equipment storage that can be rented by the day, week, or month. This is ideal for out-of-town productions that need a home base in New York.
Storage and desk rentals are by request only — please email bookings@vizzcast.com to arrange availability and pricing.
Equipment Rentals
Vizzcast offers grip and support rentals for productions working in New York City. Lighting stands, C-stands, sandbags, and other heavy essentials can be hired alongside studio time or as a standalone rental.

For studio hire outside of podcast bookings, additional equipment may be used with prior approval.
Access & Use
Can I leave equipment overnight? Storage is available, but it must be arranged in advance.
Do I need insurance? Not for podcast bookings. Insurance is required for extended studio hire.
Can I bring food or drinks? Beverages are fine. Food requires approval. No alcohol or smoking is permitted.
Will someone be on site during my booking? Yes. A Vizzcast team member is always present to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you work on location
Yes. Vizzcast was founded out of years of on-location production. Our founder, Stephen Greaves, is an experienced freelance Director of Photography who has filmed news, interviews, and branded content for broadcasters and corporate clients around the world.
We continue to support clients on location with cameras, crew, and live broadcast services in addition to our New York studios.
